Cancellations made within 12 hours of purchase will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 13-24 hours will incur a 30% fee. After 24hrs sales cannot be canceled.

Why purchasing priority shipping do not speed up the order process?
Order processing time and shipping time frame are two different things. My processing time is 3-7 business day, purchasing priority on means that once its shipped it will arrive within 3 business days. The only way to speed up an order is by purchasing a "Rush my order" listing with your nail set. This pushes an order to the front of my line.
